Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By using Fantasy Story Career or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Frontier Gaming Ltd, the operator of Fantasy Story Career.

1. Intellectual Property

All game content, code, design and associated materials are the intellectual property of Frontier Gaming Ltd. Using the service gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the game or its components.

2. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes to the game at any time, which may temporarily affect availability.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier Gaming Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of enjoyment or service interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Users under 18 may play the free parts of the game but may not make purchases without parental or guardian consent.

5. Data and Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. For material changes affecting pricing or your rights, we will tell users by email or in-game notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
